Check for code in description. First ignore 2nd line with authtoken and run Later after execution you will be directed to ngrok page where you have to register and get authtoken of your own. Now paste the 2nd line with your authtoken and execute. Later once registration is done run 2nd line make sure you paste your own authtoken

In NS2, tracefile will be generated and that data you can give to Xgraph and plot. You can download XGraph separately and plot the data or in latest ubuntu versions it works better.
