There is a 5px padding by default in HTML control. I usually get rid of that first, and than subtract 1 px from the height and no scrollbars. Well done Colin! 👍
This is great! But the only concern is that "backdrop-filter: blur" doesn't work in iPhones or iOS if you want this to be a mobile app and integrate it on MS Teams

Hi, it works on my Android in the app player, I pulled the SVG directly from the website in my video but didn't check it for cross platform it may need some tweaks to the animation functions used?
Great question, it depends where and how you have embedded it but you will need to pass the parameter into the embed url and the power app will be able to collect it, we do this often with Power Pages where we have Canvas apps embedded!

I've done this by putting a link in a workflow to the specific screen and ID. ID it refers to is the record that was added that triggered the flow. It is opening the correct form, but regardless of the record.. it opens to the first record in my list. any idea why?
I have an app where an HR logged in users can select a different user to view their skills. HR can also capture skills for the selected user but, when updating the selected users added skill to SharePoint, the "Created by" column's details show as the logged in HR users details. Is there a way that this column can show the selected users details?
Hey the video is awesome! For the last parameter you made is there any way you connect that to multiple screens. For example, if the id number already exist it goes to the edit screen with the list information and if the id number doesnt exist it goes to a new screen to fill out the form information.
Hey! for sure, I know this is an old comment but you can collect the parameter and then do an If Statement using IsBlank() to perform a navigation or you can use the StartScreen parameter in the App control.
I just went through this. There are two important issues not fully mentioned here. First, once you complete the process, you’ve disconnect all current users from your domain until each can be added to Microsoft 365. You didn’t briefly mention it, but only in passing. Secondly, it seems each user on your domain will now need their own Microsoft license, and a not-insignificant cost per user. Those two limitations caused me to half the transfer halfway through it.
Great video. Let's say I have a global variable in my OnStart called varHasAccess and it's set to true. Then I use this variable in a table that is also in my OnStart to either display an item from the table or not. Then within my app, I want to toggle that variable from true to false and as a result, I want to update the table/gallery accordingly, is this possible? I am using the table that I define from OnStart in a gallery within the app but I want to toggle the value of the variable to it reflects within the gallery. is this even possible? Can I refresh the gallery after setting the variable?
Very helpful video, about the only video that simply explains how to get the basic message from Power Automate back to Powerapps, if flow was successful. I was able to implement this for my purposes, now the user is notified if app ran successfully. Thank you very much for this!
I used this two years ago and now again to help a friend, thx! Two questions: (1) Do I need a different phone number if I want to set up a second developer account? (2) Has MS changed Power Automate access to Dataverse in this context? I’m sure in the past I’ve created flows in my community account that interact with premium Dataverse sources but recently I was prompted to sign up for a paid account in order to build a flow that connected to Dataverse within the community plan context I was working in, or I could just keep using a limited license version of Power Automate (SharePoint etc) that they called ‘Free Flow for the cloud’ or something like that. Any thoughts?
Hi Gerald, I think I can help u 1) You can only have one Microsoft 365 Developer Program account associated with your phone number. Yes for 2nd one, u need another phone number. 2) I never use dataverse before.
