Recently I changed the filters in my water purifier. I was not at home and I had asked them to go to my house and install the necessary spare parts. Some muslim technicians happened to come to replace it. In the end before finishing the job, he installed even the SV switch which he said was Rs.600. After replacement, they charged totally Rs. 4100. On some bargaining, he gave Rs.100 discount. He said all the bill will be sent to my mobile number. They were calling repeatedly while I was travelling at 110 Kmph in the train working. Before installation, I asked him to send me the photos of all the equipments he was installing. Even that SV switch. But suddenly, after installation he had some emergency it seems, so he did not send the photos. The next day, I was expecting the bill to be send. Since it was a Sunday, I thought it was a nonworking day and did not go to call them. But on Monday, It was a working day, I was expecting the bill. But by the end of the day, the bill was not sent to me. Worried about it and eager to know the quality of the spares he had installed, I called two numbers belonging to two members, but none of them are answering the call nor are they responding to the Whatsapp messages, but they are seeing the messages. On one of the numbers that is answered, that person is pretending to be not the one who had come to repair my water purififer. He is asking who are you, how did you get my number. See the tragedy, somebody's number another person is carrying. He is giving another number stating that is the service manager's number. Even when calling this number, it is not answered. It has become 100% sure, some bogus people have attended and installed all substandard quality and charged a hefty amount for the low quality work. Be careful, do not go to get your work done by some service providers who just put their numbers on google. Always go for standard company service providers even though the cost is high. I paid a high cost for low quality work. But I could have gone to genuine providers paying for the equivalent price, let it be high cost no problem. Now, after two days I came back home and checked for the quality of the water from the purifier. But, the taste is not the same as the previous one and it seems to be one of the satisfaction.
Bhai ji, mere RO k SV mein jo do wire connect krte SV k terminal se... Un dono mein hi current hai without connecting. Ye dono wire DC adaptor k positive se aa re hai.. pehle se aise hi connected tha. Aur solenoid work nhi kr pa ra , bcz both ends r getting current. Plz help
