its not necessary since we walk through the steps to install woocommerce manually through the wordpress dashboard and with the theme we use in this tutorial. by choosing the managed woocommerce plan, you are paying a little extra for hostinger to install it in one or two less steps, but you still have to go through the process of inputting the business/shipping/payment information so you aren't really getting a lot of benefit while having to pay more. the title of the plan you are asking about does make it seem like you should choose that plan, but the increased cost is not worth it because you don't really save much in terms of set up time/efficiency. if it was worth it, I would definitely recommend it and while I could, there's no benefit to the viewer and that's who I care more about than the hosting company. I hope this helps!
Hello , thank you so much. Do you know how we can use email provided to us (RSVP) to make like a mail listing ? Or even to use it to organise how many guests are coming etc..
Another Flatsome Theme Video by Jameson will be for sure worth the time. Every time I watch one of your videos it makes me to like WordPress even more, thanks Jameson as always
That's a good tutorial bro! Thanks. For the next video, can you teach us how to make an Avada site from scratch? Maybe using a design from Figma, then develop the site. That's gonna be super awesome.
I use GenerateBlocks as my stack for Gutenberg Blocks, is it compatible with Blocksy? thanks. Can I create custom page heros with blocks like with Elements in GeneratePress? The header and footer builder looks awesome
You can try to create a test transaction after enabling PayPal payments and going into the standard payments to set it as a test transaction. This is probably the best help I can provide you for this request.
Thank you for your video, very helpful. but I have a question and i don't know how to solve it. At the checkout page, the address and other information to be filled in seem to have no space between them and the placeholder text, making the form look ugly and unattractive after being filled out. How can this be resolved?

Great video! I successfully created my article, but I have a problem when I go to my store. The article is there, but it appears behind my header, so it's overlapping. I created my site with Elementor, but I can't edit it with Elementor. When I try to edit, it tells me: 'You must call the_content function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page. I don't know how to fixed that any guess ? please
This is a great video and has really helped me to understand the different elements. Do you have any thoughts on Gutenberg vs Elementor (Free) for this same combination set-up (Hostinger, Wordpress, Woocommerce and Blocksy)?
Howdy, and thank you for sharing this fine instruction with us. Much appreciated. YOu mentioned that you are in the process of generating a TEXT version of this video. I just checked the link and it leads to a (Oops! That page can’t be found. Any idea when we might be able to reach that TEXT version? Thank you.
Which plugins do you install for taxes when customer are puchasing their items? Some are suggesting "WooCommerce Shipping & Tax" which then requires you to make a Jetpack account. Some people feel its more so bloatware and are having issues with the accuracy for specified locations within USA. Any feedback on this or something better?
yea unfortunately that was a cyber week sale so the discount is no longer available. I think in the long run if you have a professionally designed ecommerce website and do the marketing right, you'll make up the cost though so it works out but everyone loves to save money (including me). let me know if you have any more questions!
Hei , thanks a lot .. this is a lot useful tutorial. Can we use Avada on multiple projects with single purchase? Or Do we need to purchase Avada every time we built new projects.... How long is the purchase code valid with single purchase... ?? Can you please guide on this queries... It will help a lot for choosing Avada.. And again thanks a lot for this video. Appreciating the time and effort you give in for doing this tutorial video.
Your site shouldn't crash with flatsome as long as you keep wordpress updated along with all plugins like woocommerce. I wouldn't use Dokkan just based on my own personal experience but I know some people recommend it. If you are looking to build an ecommerce website, there's lots of good options.
@NYCTECHCLUB what didn't you like about dokkan? Have any other alternative suggestions? I remember bumping into one that plug-in in aliexpress dropship vendor items and directly linked everything so when a sale happen it automatically let the vendor know. I forget their name 🙉
It's still an add on for the slider revolution plugin but I haven't come across a lot of white boards in the things I see but if its useful for you or others, its still good. Are you looking to use a whiteboard to explain something or want it for your website?
Yes, I have a mobile surveillance business. It's the surveillance trailers you will find at Walmart, shopping centers/malls, grocery stores, and construction sites. I wanted to do a whiteboard illustration showing examples and the benefits of having the trailers and fixed mount surveillance post. Could you assist e with doing this? Also, I'm still using HostGator. What e-commerce plan would you now recommend and do they still honor your discount codes?
Sir thank you so much for this video But i have a question i want to build a product page that has video that showcase the product in play can you give me hints of how to include it ?
you can see if elementor pro has that as an option or another woocommerce plugin but with the default woocommerce layout settings for this theme you wouldn't be able to.
You have to use the flatsome builder unless you are talking about a mega menu for another theme? Let me try to make a video on it. I have an older one.
I love your Easy to follow content but I’m still struggling with one issue with product variations where the product will show up as a single and also as the parent with the color variations showing when you scroll through all the products so basically it’s duplicating.
Thanks for the comment. For the product showing up as a single product...in the product data section are you going to the drop down and selecting variable instead of single? I'm not sure I understand the second part of the question so hopefully you can clarify. When you say "as the parent" what do you mean? Parent product categories or parent header menu item or something else with the label parent? Let me know and I'll try to help answer!
So I sell decorative throw pillows. I will do one style in four different colors. I will create variations based on color. One feature that I wanted is that when you come onto the shop that you see the pillow as four different products ( each a different color ). Versus seeing one product needing to click into it to determine and discover that there’s other colors. So the shopper sees four different colors which is what I want. However what also shows up is the parent meaning one pillow Image on the shot page with the four different color variation circles under it. It’s basically a duplication of showing it separately. I feel there must be some setting for example if I keep the catalog set to hidden the parent variation goes away and only the individual show but keeping it hidden keeps it hidden from everything not just my shop page….Sorry I hope this makes some sense
@@kathytajik5153 you can make 4 single products of the same pillow for each color so they show up individually. thats the solution that comes up off the top of my head. the other solution is to create 4 variable products with different featured images so all the colors show up on the page but if you click on them you can still see the drop down for the different color options and see the other colors in the gallery. its a little repetitive to have to do this but I dont know if there is a solution to swap out featured images for one single product and make it replicate without creating 4 separate products...just depends how you want to solve it. based on reading your entire reply, maybe the second option I suggested is the better of the two? I hope this solves your problem. if they are feature products, make sure you also select that option. let me know if that helps
I figured out it is the woo commerce show single variations by iconic that is causing this and they recommend that you turn the parents off and put it in hidden and only show the single variant. You’ve been so helpful and I find your step-by-step tutorials completely invaluable I really appreciate it
You can sell whatever you want. This site is very similar to the look of kicks on fire which is a shoe reseller but also takes design elements from all the top ecommerce websites to keep the design simple and easy to use for visitors.
*Let me know what you think and if you see this click the thumbs up for the video!* I based this design off Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Stein and a bunch of successful niche websites like Kicks of Fire, StockX, and a lot of others. Turns out simple is more profitable!
