Sounds sick. I know the owner. What's the engine? I don't follow ford's much. I had a shop and we built a butler kit. BBC 502 bored 30 over, 100 shot kit. Set the engine back 10" into the cowl. 9" driveshaft, shift linkage was behind the shifter. Independent dual coil overs, inboard brakes. Just a stupid car. Car wound up in Dubai. I miss that death trap. Nice job! I'm sure Matt will love it.
I keep toying with getting a Superformance or Backdraft for myself. Finances would allow it but it would definitely hurt me.... so not this week or next. Flippin awesome video!!!!! Looking at a Back Draft with a 7.3 to match my truck. Great motor but thinking a massaged 5.0 might rev better, lighter and light on her feet. Need to do more research.
Everyone loves the cobra sound, but driving one on the freeway? Not what they were aimed at( like a dragstrip with bends) so find a 20 mile country road with lots of twists and bends and hill climbs, then challenge YOURSELF to drive it like you stole. You know the saying? "If you haven't seen God you're not going fast enough!!!!
