There's no "quit onedrive" option in that menu for me it ends at pause syncing

Whenever I want a local word file to be saved and synched both locally and in Onedrive, I click on 'upload' and then select the location where it should be in Onedrive, but guess what?? THERE IS ALREADY A FILE NAMED THAT IN THAT FOLDER! Oh, REALLY??? THEN WHY DON'T I SEE IT ON MY COMPUTER? WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "ONEDRIVE' ON MY COMPUTER, WHICH ENCOMPASSES DESKTOP, FILES, DOWNLOADS, MUSIC ETC, AND ONEDRIVE ONLINE??? WHY TF ISN'T THIS MADE EASIER??? I'M DONE WITH FUCKING MICROSOFT, I'M CHANGING TO MAC.

the problem for me is that i sometimes have suround sound i can here here left right in music and games but if if i restart my pc then it goes away and idk how to fix that today after weeks i had surround sound again. btw im talking about headphones
