Can i buy 2 seperate plots of land say 6 acres , then lateron 7 acres and have that as a combined farm ? And if so whats the maximum distance i can have the 2 difference plots apart ? Basically because i cant afford 12.5 yet and just can't wait to get off the hamster wheel and live the dream 🤞🏼🤞🏼 thanks 👍🏼👍🏼
If you want to run something like a generator with very short fuel lines, it is possible to install that heating systems so that you could run this fuel but it does require a bit of modification
10:14 Being a difficult customer has also worked. I worked for a lical surveyor who had an application in. There was a problem with it. I tried contacting the council because the decision daye had passed. The guy at the council was always on a break, out of the office, at lunch, off sick, in the toilet, etc. He did not want to speak with my boss!😂😅 It was utterly hilarioys. The planning dude was in hiding. It got sorted out eventually. A few very minor mods and permission was granted, even though they could probably technically have ordered the whole thing to be removed.😂
That hole in wall is not safe because it could catch fire . Would of better with alot bigger hole and steel plate with hole in for flu to go through wall. I would not trust that fiberglass tape.

Someone tried doing this with my nans small holding after she passed, no one knew she had it. Little fuck said he wasnt going to move, my father was a right mess. Until they told me ofc, im a bit of a retard, i just went down with the land rover and set it all on fire, id sooner see it burn. Never have i seen a guy run so fast, never came back, was a great solution, like many pests, fire cleanses all sins. HooRa

Lesson 1 Don't Ask for planning permission just do it and if you can do it for 4 years or longer it becomes lawful so why ask the State for anything all they want is your money and in return you get a little A4 bit of paper say you can do this costs thousands of pounds naaaaaaa lol
