Really great review dude holy shit. I watch a lot of reviews and wish more were like this. Thanks for actually using the product for a period of time, actually showing it on yourself, and showing what you carry and why. The Skeletool is really great. I think you would love a Victorinox Swisscard for a bunch of other useful tools in a tiny and flat package. I’m probably going to pick this fanny pack up cuz I want a small one that fits close to the body. Most of the slings coming out are way too big and cumbersome.
Vet tech here, Thought i wanted to be a L and D nurse, now im EM/ICU animal Med, sometimes a place just isnt for you, and thats fine. Ob/gyn is a crazy specialty anyway.

You definitely have to cater to what works best for you! I know myself and I know that after dinner each night, I just want to spend time with my wife and relax, so I prioritize getting my things done before then.

Will be interesting to see how many just have a UTI. I saw that a lot in a nursing home, sometimes wrongfully diagnosed with psychosis. Also compounded difficulty when most will fall under dementia. I wonder if you’ll find you use that as a core and branch out or also look at other diagnoses. Good luck!
Patients had to be placed on this unit and most of them had a pre-existing mental health diagnosis. UTI is definitely at the top of the differential when encountering an elderly patient with altered mental status, but everyone on the unit would have had that ruled out before they were admitted. Definitely a great reminder to leave no stones unturned!
I actually found that the best approach was to use the AnKing Step decks. They are tagged very well by the outside resources (BoardsandBeyond, Bootcamp, Amboss, UWorld. Pathoma, Sketchy, etc.). I would watch whatever video I was going to for each lecture, then unsuspend the cards from that deck related to the video I watched, but only the ones I needed because if you unsuspend every card, it gets very overwhelming very quickly. You can make extra cards if your school has something specific that AnKing doesn't cover, but it is constantly being updated and is very comprehensive!

Common etiquette isnt taught to people sometimes, or people are so stuck in thier own world they sometimes forget. I hope your interaction with that man made enough of a positive impression on him that he actually learned something, and maybe actually he passes it down.
Just pick up the trash and stfu. You dont need to virtue signal. People do the right thing all the time when someone does the wrong thing but they arent so self obsessed they feel the need to make a short about it.
