OK too when he’s driving it looks like he’s in the 40s going all the way to six gear. How and why? Mine really struggles if I’m going 60 and try to make sure the RPMs are about 3500 or so and try to slide over into six gear and it’s not happy at all. Help?
@@symawdit is a 2014 Honda Civic SI? It’s the first six speed I’ve ever had and it did not like going into sixth when I tried to open it up on the highway. I was doing that when it got to almost 4000 RPM, but then it shot up and acted kind of angry. So I put it back in fifth. just got the car and I love it and I don’t want to mess it up. I’ve driven a lot of manuals but it’s been a minute. I just got this three days ago so I’m figuring it out. Any advice would be awesome. Love the channel.
@@symawd I know it’s the 2014 in the video. I don’t know why even reiterated that lol. But I don’t think so however I guess it’s possible. It happened twice, but I will be very careful and make sure that’s not what I do. Thank you again for your time!!!
Okay, so why didn't that work? I used the exact same prompts. I used to be able to do it fine until yesterday. Also, when I hit "like" it doesn't "highlight" like it used to.
Congrats. It is definitely an accomplishment. I wanna know from anybody about how fast are you going before you’re able to engage in six gear? By that I mean for me so far, the RPM shoots up to 4000 -4500 and does not sound happy. I usually shift back into fifth. Any advice??
The All Wheel Drive may have actually worked against you, by lowering the power of the back wheels after sensing the precarious obstacle in front. Interesting, for sure, however.
