as physical therapist, I disapprove this message. It targets the lower back and erector trunci a lot more than abdominals and puts odd pressure on the pelvis at that - you also seem to be ovestretching the forward motion. Slowing the forward motion would be a bit effective at targeting abdomens. Rarely anything beats (hanging) crunches, abdomen can be easily targeted very specifically without TYTAX. Nonetheless i'd still look for weighted crunchy movements. Or just lying down and keeping your heels off the ground for a minute if lean and mean is the goal, possibly using TYTAX to add a little weight/strain on such a form.
this is so dumb. There's literally no tension in the stretched position - the most hypertrophic part of an exercise. There's so much literature about exercise now and it would be so easy to use all that data and research to make great machines. But, instead of good machines, people produce shit like this. Absolutely dogshit
Great workout, some people get scared of the shoulder angle but with healthy and strong shoulders this is a great workout can’t wait to afford a machine one day !
