Ok so I tried the variation of the same dish with Kale and is was delicious. (I got them from my garden) My neighbour has Collard greens growing in his back yard so I'm going to attempt to barter with him and try it with the greens!. I really like the sauce over the dish I did remove the seeds from everything i was using (lemons, jalapenos). Simple tip for new cooks saute the greens in the oil first, then add the garlic. That will prevent the garlic from burning and get your greens to the tenderness you like.
