I'm a Matco Tools Distributor that covers South Eastern MN and Western WI. I do very in-depth product demos for my customers, so I decided to start sharing them for all!
Hey bro I just got this light and for some reason, it will only work on low when plugged in. Not sure if that's just the way it is or not, if you could lmk please and thank you.😊
You can get a harbor freight tool cart from us general for around 200$. Imagine how much metal in comparison. Tool truck companies proving how disconnected from reality they are. New way to gouge mechanics.
@PunisherOfDeath101 $198 list price is fair. Harbor Freight is a whole sale and only bring in over seas made products. Some of it is quality but that is not the only thing you pay for on a tool truck. You pay for service. I provide the highest level of service and the ability for my guys to pay weekly rather than one lump sum. It's not always about the product. It is always about the relationship...
Got one for the shop today. Looking forward to trying it on my ‘94 YJ. My previous universal involved a chain and a cone shaped piece and kinda worked but always a hassle to set up.
@@Matcotoby cool I have a lot of Armstrong tools but they obviously aren't manufacturing Matco's tools anymore(thanks a lot Apex Tool/Bain Capital) I'm not sure if you can confirm this or not but does AJ manufacturing make your sockets as well or just the ratchets?
@andrewscott8892. Yes. AJ is still manufacturing all of that stuff as well. We will be hosting our August district meeting at the ratchet plant so I'll be doing a video on the facility shortly after.
Pulling fuses isn't the proper way to determine a draw. Measuring millivolts across fuses while they are installed is the preferred method. I guess this why why you're a salesman and not a technician.
If it's like my 4.0, It will claim it is doing it, but it's not actuating anything. I have beens so disappointed in this tool. Matco and Launch Tech are no help. So far, every failure to perform has been completed by our old Snap-On Modus Edge that is expired. Feedback seems to be a waste of time. Prove Me wrong MATCO
@@Matcotoby I was given a number by the rep prior to purchase, and Kelly was very responsive. After 10 or so performance issues with the tool, he let me know he was off and gave me another contact. That LaunchTech rep was responsive a couple of times and then I was put on ignore by both of those guys. And to think, after all the failures on year 1, I actually subscribed again just so I didn't own a brick. I think LaunchTech may need to stop hacking and actually try to fall in line with the manufacturers so the software they provide to Matco actually does something other than try to dazzle you with updates that still don't perform.
It allows a pipe-wrench like level of grip, in a smaller form factor. You can pound on a correctly set pair of cobras with a 10lb sledge to break something loose if you had to, or more properly done with a 6ft long cheater bar over the handle. Not saying you should do that! Just trying to best explain the difference. If you can get at it, you could break a wheel bearing nut loose with a set of cobras.
