Hi.. I have the same model of printer. Working fine before on my old laptop. But when I changed the laptop I used, I'm having a hard time to install a driver. Following thes same process I did last time to use is not working anymore. what is the label driver you used? Thank you.
My printer started printing half a page then stopping and the fan will kick on a green light above button goes off. I thought this solution might help. When I pulled it apart I was surprised to see some sticker down there but removing t did not solve my problem. Any ideas?
So I'm just commenting this in case anyone else comes here with the same problem I just had: My printer label roll fell, so the papers were all crumpled. While I was trying to fix it, it was doing that...obnoxious beeping noise, so in my hurry I ended up switching it off, fixed the thing, and...then my labels won't auto feed. They wouldn't do the feed thing when first turned on, and would just start printing from wherever they were fed when turned on. If it was in the middle, it'd print half on 2 separate sheets. If I pressed the feed on the top, it would only feed about half a centimeter, and not the whole page. I cleaned the roller, and did some more searching, and it appears in my hurry to stop the incessant beeping, I turned off the auto-feed function. Holding down the feed button at the top until it beeps once re-engages it. It wasn't a feed issue, it was a programmed function for if you didn't want the auto-feed for whatever reason.
This totally helped me put my front part back in. I managed to pull the paper out previously but that black component got loose as a result. So to fix it I removed the roller as instructed and was able to lock that part back in. It works better than ever!
