our mops group was a pretty good mixture. I am 39 and have 6 children ranging from 20 down to 4. Being older doesn't mean you are a new mom, even us veteran mommies benefit from groups like this, we have a lot of experience to share with first time mommies. Sometimes younger mommy's teach us older mommies a new trick too. :) This will be my last year in MOPS as my youngest has just one more year till he starts kindergarten. I would love to find a group though for school age mommy's at that time
I'm sorry you feel that way. My MOPS group was not like that at all. We had mostly 30, and 40 something in our group. The younger moms were the minority in mine. You should shop around for a different group. Now they have a group for mom's of school age children. MOPS International has expanded and branched out to reach moms in all aspects of child rearing. Hope you find a group in your area that fits!
This video is too big too actually email to someone in editable format. You have my permission to show it to your church though...there is something out there called a You Tube capture that can capture video and then you can edit it, but I don't know where to find it or how to use it. I know someone at a church contacted me about this same video and said they would use that software to edit out our information and put there's in. Enjoy and God Bless your mommies!

There were actually around 100 people that showed up for the 5k. It reads like only 40 came that day. 57 pre registered and 40+ also showed up that morning to run/walk...
Together on planet mom was a tough one for me to come up with something, so I decided to do highlights from the year before to promote us this year. Are there any other MOPS moms out there who thought the same thing???
