Hi Birdie I came across your videos by looking for some more Christmas movies and I’m sure glad I stumbled on these good classic aerobics. I’m 73 and thankfully can still do these and enjoyed every minute. I’m really excited on really getting into them. You are so full of life! The best workout...i love the sequence of steps...u r such a good instructor..love u... never complete any workout bcoz i get too bored with the same routine...but with u ,its a different story all together..i loved working out with you..
