The actual tool is completed by the 1:00 mark with the remainder of the video documenting how to decorate the pencil with ribbon. It's almost like a teacher getting three minutes into what you expected would be a one-hour lecture before declaring "now let's have coffee and dessert in the music room!" and walking out, leaving everybody else puzzled. Ha! (I loved it).

Hi its very simple just touch them with your fingers the top side will be smooth and the bottom side to be kept on the nails will be rough and in matte finish..thank you for your comment..plz subscribe and share with your friends too...☺❤
