This place is massive,great for families with kids,however,its not a lot to do for adults other than hang out at one of the many pools! The beach is heavily riddled with seaweed and isnt what it looks like in the advertisement. When it rains,there is nothing to do but hang out in your room or gather in the lobby to do practically nothing.The grounds are kept very clean and the buffet food is ok. I would rate the hotel 7.Also,be prepared to walk everywhere on this massive resort in the heat!

I will never buy one again and certainly never recommend it to anyone,it's a constant nightmare and the wash cycles are either too short or hours long Really disappointing and an expensive mistake

I have been to anakeesta but I do not recommend eating there the food was disgusting and crazy expensive and the lines were crazy long I was 12 my family waiting in 90 degree sun for 2 hours only to get up there go find out they ran out of French fries and so I got mac and cheese the only option that sounded edible it wasn't edible I couldn't finish it, I am not a picky eater bug this was so bad! don't get me wrong though I loved everything else just trying to warn others about the food

The problem here in this video is when you let AI make the video and don’t actually research yourself is the Melia Varadero, the iberostar selection, The royalton hicacos and Be Live Varadero don’t have access to the Mayan ruins, Xel- Ha and Cancun etc. unless you can teleport there since they’re in Mexico…not Cuba! 🤣
