hi. the bar i purchased has the red screws on one side jammed against the lock and therefore unable to extend length. what is the process for removing the footplates to be able to unjam it?
Shows him drilling holes I'm a wall, then skips the most important part...(how to place and how far to place the actual screws!)....can only think he messed it up royally and so edited his up till that point seemless boring video
I can't figure out how to extend/lengthen this bar. Instructions are not clear. The video didn't help. My bar does not look like the one in the photo. SO FRUSTRATING!
I purchased it today from Amazon and can't wait to get it! I'm an elderly female and have been wanting something to hang from to stretch my back to help with lower back pain. Who knows, maybe I might start doing pull ups, too! Lol Also, it was my doctor who recommended this.
The instructions in the booklet it came with are terrible. I was planing to return it, if it was worth the hassle i would defo return it im not buying anything from this company ever again
Why would you skip the most important step of the installation?? I came to youtube trying to understand how to properly mount in the wall. What a waste of time
I used my winter driving gloves instead of the glove in the package. Worked much better. Less stress on my hands so I could put it together quicker. For leveling, I just got on it on my hands and knees and bounced a bit. It leveled very quickly. Agree with the other comments, it's hard work pulling those bungees! They are quite strong, which is good for the jumping part but difficult for the setup part.
I just purchased one of these, but i can't rotate the rod like you see at 0:37. Mine has foam grips that will not move. I am seriously thinking of returning it to Amazon for a refund.
I got this last night. I put the frame together and some of the bungees on tonight. I am so tired from stretching them, so I will have to finish tomorrow night. It’s quite tricky.
