This is not a criticism…I am so grateful for this list and who am I to rewrite history, anyway, 0:02 but maybe there is a version in which nobody has a fatal anything but LEAAST of All a fatal heart attack or stroke?
The writing of that scene was bold for the time! The insults were quite rough and raw! Lucci's slap echoed the violence of the rant! Doesn't equal the Guiding Light scene of 1993 with Roger Thorpe causing enormous chaos during a party but it is quite a shocking scene for the time! 🤣
One of the most touching moment on the show: no soundtrack at the end to make it more effective and Benny in disbelief that she's gone forever. My heart cracked.
If circumstances were different, Peter Strong could have played a substitute Rick Bauer on Guiding Light. I'm surprised that he didn't do another Soap Opera.
Lol!! I think I was like 14 when my mom was watching AMC. I started watching because I thought Ray was hilarious. Good god.... The acting was so cheesy. I just realized it now. 2024.
I would have loved for Susan Lucci to go to The UK and do the Soap Opera Hollyoaks and play Tony Hutchinson's American Cousin. Tony is played by Nick Pickard who is the only original cast member when the show debuted in 1995. She could butt heads with Michaela McQueen.
