However, I’ve noticed that if we fill in something (fill the cell), let’s say for July at cell C4, the format / data for that specific cell still stays the same even if I select a different month. Is there a way to treat that? To make sure the info of each month stay seperately? Thank you in advance!
I recommend using the FILTER function. Let's say the table is called City and has 2 columns, Column A City and Column B State and the dropdown list appears in cell D1. In D2 type =FILTER(City[City],City[State]=D1) Thanks for the question and feedback, I will work that in a future video.
Thanks for video, really appreciated. But i have one concern, can it automatically stop at end of the month? Instead of generating next month dates as well.
For this particular calendar you'll need to manually copy to the end of the month leaving out the extra days. Good question though, I'll think about this and make an update if it's not to intense a solution.
