@@devinderkr.1526 no now buyers are more interested in new noida which is situated in greater Noida near Sigma sectors so people will invest there because greater Noida rates are already more than double from yamuna expressway 18 aur 20 so buyers will invest there even I am planning to sell out my 300 meter in 18 which i bought 2 months back at 2.15 but right now I am not getting more than 2 cr for that plot so I will wait for maximum 1 month here if I get some more amount otherwise I will sell out next month at 2 cr and will invest in new noida if they plan to sell there otherwise I will buy in alfa 1 a 100 meter at 2.10 cr in which i will get 30 to 40 k rent per month also and price are increasing in greater Noida day by day and that price are real not like yamuna where 40 lakhs decrease last month so I'm not confident about this jungle 👍👍
