For everyone who knows this, go watch the fight between Sugar Shane Mosley and Floyd Mayweather Jr. I like both fighters. Mosley tagged Floyd and that shoulder roll did not work at that time. Yes, the judges liked Floyd more and favored the match win to him, but Floyd even talks about how that punch from Mosley hurt him, because he threw it quickly. He had to, because Floyd kept moving. That timing was crazy. Plus he hit him with another white hand and his knees buckled. Both fighters are dope, but no defense is 100% guaranteed.

The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
