Question: What if their tendinopathy is related to a shortened Achilles tendon? Wouldn't this be counter productive. A lot of people have shortened Achilles tendons because of wearing shoes that have a lifted heel.
These are ok. Recommend a beginner using a 1/2- 1inch mat so dropping down to the elbows isn't as roughly done... I Trx almost daily for the last couple yrs, I've done a variation of this maybe 3 or4 times. Slowwly Walking hands forward and back. Left/ right step (hands). And adding in single-arm shoulder taps for a better stabilizing anti-rotatiinal movt, is good to mix in the warmup. Time under tension is def needed with beginners and for mixing things up, with the veteran fitness community 👌

This vid is so educational. I have been trying to research for a RU-vid video that teaches the stuff in this video. 🥼 🩺 The part at 1:27 is my favorite. Your video is like the channel of Doctor Ethan. Dr Ethan's videos are informative and I learned a lot for midterms. He is the helpful Dr in Europe and he teaches mental health. You should really check his RU-vid out and give the med student a subscribe! 👉 #DoctorEthanQuestions
Why do these people who clearly do not know what they are doing or talking about feel competent to review and demonstrate products and exercises on RU-vid? Has this guy ever even seen a good video on how to do a KB swing? Just unbelievable.
I see no benefit in this exercise. Also, it puts a lot of undue strain on the conective tissue of the shoulder joint. Are we getting to the point where we need a new dog and pony show each week to say we are being creative exercise professional?
