I really want a bag in empreinte Turtledove but can’t decide on what. Such a beautiful colour. I have the Capucines BB in galet as well and omg I do the same thing LOL I take it out to stare at it😅 I think the reason it’s going forward is because the flap is tucked-happened to mine too so now I just leave the flap part gently sitting on top (not tucked but also not all the way over the front part of the bag if that makes sense)

On your Neo Noe, did you have the SA bring out another Neo Noe from the store and compare the feel of your canvas against another? I wonder if both would have felt the same?
unfortunately this color is discontinued so we can't compare. Ive had some people comment on this video saying their bags feel the same as I describe mine.
Every time u pop up on you tube you seem to be nit picking / over obsessing with LV - maybe its time for a change of brand …do you sit with a microscope - doesnt seem that you enjoy them 😮
TFS your experiences with taking the bags for evaluation. It seems that at least they heard your concerns. Question? Did they log any of their assessments in their data base or your purchase history? I’ve only had one repair done to an LV preloved Macao for hardware replacement, wristlet hardware & two zipper pull replacements. They did an excellent job & seemed to have cleaned all hardware too because it’s now sparkling. They quoted me 4-6 weeks for repair. It took about 6 weeks from quote to receiving back my pouch. ❤️
