Sir, can we use the gel we used for the pad instead of water?? And If we dont attach cotton at the point does it cause any problem?? And Should we do this exercise in sitting position or at sleeping position?? Pleases reply Sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@greatutkarshsaxena1568 gel will not work on cotton ..We can't apply Rubber or Metal plate electrodes as their size is large and it will Stimulatie more than one motor point at a time ..so there will be Overlapping

Sir mera left side mid mein pain jab move karta both shoulder mein pain hota hai cardiologist mein bhi gya tha thik hai or ortho mein gya tha dr bol rha mera jada depression tension ke karan hota bol rha hai. Sir mera mid back pain massage karne se dard nhi hota or ek admi back kara hone sey bhi dard nhi hota hai 1 year hogya hai

Ab tak thik ho jana chahiye tha ..Aap facial exercise bhi karte hain ..Agar Physio se respond na kar raha ho to ek Baar NCV test kara le ..Nerve ka status maloom ho jayega..
