Can ı use the cutter to remove underwater reinforced concrete (c20 concrete under max 6m depht, reinforcement is d12 rebar). The concern is, reinforcement might stuck around the rotary head?

Probably a better option in some places where noise is of concern.and you can screen the product on site if possible to use as product for access roads.
Dear Edgar, deep underwater cuttings are very special applications and there are many parameter influencing the productivity. Beside the size and drive power of the drum cutter, also the excavator size, the boom length and stability, the water depth, the type control & guidance system and finally the skills of the operator are highly influencing the performance. On that specific project with an ER3000 on CAT390 with long boom they are leveling the ground in a port area. In a depth of 20 m below sea level they cutting hard lime stone (approx. 130 MPa UCS) and achieve an average net cutting rate of approx. 5 m³/h.
