Are there vegetarian options at the wake? Feels like it's the only restaurant on board my husband and I won't be able to try out on our honeymoon on VV 😢 but we are still excited ❤ lovely video thank you 😊
I am confused about the Lobster! I watched another couple vlog and they had it throughout the week on the ship! However I just found a site that posted all the menu’s from the main dining room and it showed the lobster at the end of the menu as a premium choice for 16.99 so you have to pay? That couple did not specify in their vlog its a premium charge! Maybe its different each sailing? Planning to book Icon for Aug 2025 for 40th bday my first cruise!
Yes, lobster is available every night for a fee of $16.99. On a 7 night cruise, Royal Caribbean has a formal night typically on night 6, where lobster is on the included menu. Each person is allowed to order one lobster. If you want an additional one, it is $16.99 extra. Feel free to email us at thecruisingsisters@gmail.com, we can give you onboard credit as a birthday gift!
Another great video sisters!!!! Thank you again for talking about Autism On The Seas! OMGOSH!!!! That’s Damien in the background, you guys got to sail with him, that’s so awesome!! my wife is now staff with Autism On The Seas as well!! You guys have already met her, you just haven’t met the rest of our family yet!
Yes! Damien is awesome. That's so exciting that she is now staff, I can't wait for her to experience an AotS cruise as Team Orange. We hope to meet the rest of your family one day.
It is a beautiful ship, and laid out really well so that it never felt crowded. We didn't experience many lines on the ship. The only line we remember is El Loco Fresh on a sea day, but it's worth it!
Do you plan to review any cruises that aren’t ATS in the near future? I commend your public service, is great that you do that, but it doesn’t give me a sense of the cruise experience for typical cruise customers. Would love to see you do a Celebrity cruise or one of the high end options like Seaborn.
We will do some personal cruises in the future, but right now, Autism on the Seas has been a great way for us to help families and enjoy cruising at the same time.
OMG. I don’t how you do it but give you huge props for staying in interior cabin with 3 people. I would be so claustrophobic. Love your videos, especially the Virgin cruises😀
Thank you both so much, for constantly speaking on and showing what Autism On the seas is like for families!!! We are regular cruisers with them, and have taken the navigator out of the port of Los Angeles, and it is amazing cruise. I hope you both enjoyed! My autistic daughter and I love watching you guys! She gets to reminisce about cruises, but she’s taken with Autism On the seas, and her upcoming cruises with Autism On, coming up in February and June!!
Thank you for watching, and hopefully we will meet you one day! We have had so much fun volunteering with AotS and have made so many memories. Enjoy your upcoming cruises!
Another great vlog! The bamboo room is also on Mariner of the Seas, the only 2 ships that have it! How was the embarkation process compared to Miami or PC?
The Bamboo Room was a really cool change that we weren't use to. The embarkation seemed similar. Definitely a smaller port than Miami and PC that we are use to.
Last spring we sailed on Vision of the seas and also had and interior room and our room looks identical to this one. Next spring we will be back sailing on sister ship Explorer of the seas back to back but we opted for a junior suite and got the same room for both trips. Explorer of the seas was our first cruise ever in 2000 and at the time it was the largest cruise ship in the world. The rock climbing wall, ice skating rink and royal promenade were the main attractions. lol We also have Wonder of the seas and Star of the seas booked for next year so gonna be shell shocked sailing those two monsters after Explorer.
Yes, unfortunately Vision was also very outdated! Enjoy your upcoming cruises, sounds like you have a lot to look forward to! If you don’t already have a travel agent, feel free to email us at thecruisingsisters@gmail.com and we can offer you additional onboard credit. As always, thank you for watching!!😊
I just found out about Autism on the sea. You ladies are amazing & a god sent. I would love to take my 6yr old grandson who is on the full spectrum Autism. Can I PLEASE have more info on your sailing dates. I cruise ALOT so I have some booked cruises already. But I hope I can find time to take him on a sailing. Keep up the good work ladies. I love all your videos
@@thecruisingsisters You should invest in a wide angle lens for your Canon. I have a few Nikons and the wide angle lens really opens up your images. Or use a IPhone they have a decent wide angle lens.
Went on celebration in feb. although the ship was busy all the time never exp lines like you did or slow lines yes pizza late night line but moved fast. I’d love to see you compare that ship to this one. Curious as it was my first carnival cruise as well - also Coffee near the main theater never a line.
I agree with the comment about cruising in August. I have been on 18+ carnival cruises. I was disappointed with almost everything on this ship. The ship is hot humid and extremly crowded. The club and piano bar are small. They are actually smaller than their spirit class ships with twice the amount of people. I think thosbis their worst ship in the fleet. Every line is long!! The ship is poorly designed.
