Is this NSW Dept of Housing owned or a private rental? Either way it seems crazy it’s left in this state, particularly with the missing fence and the damage to the wall of the house itself.

grouse work Tim mate love it before and after in the long run for sure and well they say never judge a book by it,s cover and i know that one as a bloke growing up in Melbourne Victoria Australia for part of my life and now settling down in Regional VIC (Victoria) for sure and yep that place is no eyesore for sure in my view and i know you did a lovely job cleaning up the overgrown backyard for sure plus those piles of well thorny or prickly items with the stems near the Porch where the BBQ is yep they looked rather nasty too and well a good thing you had the Double Glove option to be able to handle them for sure and yep as a bloke in my 30s i know for sure what that would feel like in my own pair skin for sure when dealing with Thorns in a Garden bed and yep my mum and dad have also been there too and yep Roses are a type of plant with the thorns in them too as a primary example too but yeah tip fees are not as cheap as they use to be and that,s for sure and they say they are not getting cheaper for sure and i know that one for sure and i loved the Tool Review you did on Turf and Tools on that Stihl Cordless Chainsaw Handheld Pruning Saw tool and from memory we have something like that too and very lovely and easy to use for sure no problem and well if you have Arthritis or other hand problems in the bone or physical department or if you have a lot of work well something like that will help cut the problem out for sure and so easy to use even seniors will love that one for sure and in my age i don,t have arthritis being young and all but yeah it does run in Families as we all know it by heart and interesting finds in there too for sure from the Shopping Cart or the old Trolley 🛒and not something you find in a backyard everyday for sure and when i have done yards i don,t often find them in a backyard but i have found other things and recently in my area of Grovedale Victoria Australia i did find a few odd things like beer cans and bottles bottle cap and of course the Australian Football to when we watch the AFL (Australian Football League) and yep i follow that one as best as possible and the Geelong Cats are my team in that one for sure but yeah a good Goal Score in that front yard for sure and the only difference is no goal or point posts were in there at the time too but yeah amazing work mate cheers.

Tim, I have watched you for quit a while and have seen you tackle some really nasty dangerous properties. But this one stands out to me. No idea what was in those thickets. Who or what had been living n there and left unknown garbage. You did a great job! That respirator was your friend here. Be Safe!

Gosh it looks like a new building! That was a lot of work! Did that high fencing in the front come down? Didn’t understand why it was there except I thought it was a big for sale sign for the property? Does anyone live in that big house? It’s beautiful!
