Hi! In principle, TIG welding can be carried out with the TPS/i with restrictions. Here are the Hardware requirements (see: fronius.pulse.ly/msa0nati4s): / OPT/i 2nd plus socket / TIG gas-valve torch Please note, that no High-Frequency ignition is possible and not all functions of an iWave are possible (see: fronius.pulse.ly/lam3wkbgru) For full TIG functionality, an iWave is highly recommended!
Ok now, how are you doing that? looking at the output power/resistance on the tig or are you doing that on the side DynamicPen? I still think the stick light is 2nd coolest tech you have come up with. 1st would be cmt on a robot doing pin boards with control over tip formation.

Можно программировать параметры программ на самом сварочном оборудовании, но это не так удобно как на смартфоне. И поделиться параметрами сварки можно с коллегами только если они работают на оборудовании Fronius.
We use a special characteristic where each note (with its associated frequency), is represented by a value of the puls/dynamic correction. With an Internal RnD tool we can set this correction from a PC. With a converter, we can convert standard midi files to a format, which our RnD tool can read. :)

@@FroniusWelding I don't want to be tiring but... I'm using the Transsteel 2200. It works perfect but sometimes I need the pulse mode for replace the globular mig mag. I see some mig mag Welding machines 220V with pulse but not that good machines. I really would know If Fronius will build what I asked for. At the moment, is the Fronius team thinking about it? Or, do you know/heard something about a plan in this direction? Maybe PMC is too much for 230V but I think Pulse is something that Fronius can build. I said, I don't want to be tiring but I need an answer. Many thanks! 🙂
Buenas Rafael, La función Anti-Stick es una opción que ayuda a las igniciones, por defecto viene activada en el equipo y se recomienda tenerla así, pero existe la opción de desactivarla a gusto del soldador. ¡Gracias!

Ignis 180 kupiony💪Szkoda tylko że nie dajecie papierowej instrukcji PL, dobrze że jest przynajmniej kod QR. Jest lampka VRD ale chyba z menu nie da się aktywować tej funkcji? O dziwo w menu TIG jest opcja TAC i PULS a jest to wersja Ignis180 a nie Ignis180Tig
Fronius is just from another planet man . Since last Friday I've been welding on the iwave pro 400 AC/DC , it just seems to amazy me every time I press the trigger.
@@FroniusWelding To me the guy who holds the whip, Any chance i get to use a Fronius its a no brainer. Our cmt equipped kuka is worlds ahead of what anyone else makes. The pinboard demo is my favorite showcase to how much control Fronius has. Ps send transpocket :P dont hurt to ask lol
Buenas Rubén, La gama de equipos TransSteel, no tiene la posibilidad de conectarse Weldcube, ya que la extracción de datos se gestiona de forma diferente. Además, no cuenta con conexiones inalámbricas, como las gama TPSi, y no posee sistemas inalámbricos de control, su manipulación externa no es posible. ¡Muchas gracias!
Amazing welding machine! I have a suggestion, maybe in future this can happens. A synergic "positionweld" like overhead or uphill welding and all of the hard positions welding. I think this would be really helpful for a lot of new welders. And maybe a synergic program for high speed welding, a synergic program for deep welding. I hope Fronius will think about this. 🙂

@@FroniusWelding Well, I just bought a Fronius Tps 500i and I still learn about what this welding machine can do. I'm sure in future I will learn a lot and I will know how to make the settings for good welds but I believe these synergic programs will be quite helpful for learners. Thx for answer! I have to try the weld Connect app, I'm sure this would help me. :)
Great soft! One suggestion, it's about the mig jobmaster torch. For example, if I give a name for each easy job and when I would change the easy jobs from mig torch, on the screen shows just "easy job 1", "easy job 2". If my easy job 1's name is "mig std" (the name that I gave for this job) Can you update the torch's interface for showing me the name of job and the name I gave for that job, like: "easy job 1 mig std" If I would change the easy jobs? Sorry, I don't speak english so good, I hope you understand the question! :))
Buenas Jose Antonio, Quizás debemos comenzar a hablar de ¿de qué manera afecta la dinámica? ¿Cómo debemos regular este parámetro? Durante la soldadura de electrodo, en el momento de la transición del desprendimiento de gota o en caso de cortocircuito, este parámetro aumenta brevemente la intensidad de corriente a fin de obtener un arco voltaico mucho más estable. Por ejemplo, si el electrodo se está hundiendo en el baño de fusión, un aumento en la dinámica incrementará la corriente y evitará que se produzca un cortocircuito prolongado. De esta manera queda prácticamente excluida la adherencia del electrodo. Ejemplos: - Dinámica = 0 Dinámica desactivada Arco voltaico suave y con pocas proyecciones - Dinámica = 20 Dinámica con aumento de corriente de 40 A Arco voltaico más duro y estable - Dinámica = 60, corriente de soldadura ajustada = 100 A Para Ignis/Transpocket 150: ¡El aumento real de la corriente es de solo 80 A, ya que se ha alcanzado el límite de corriente máxima! Para Ignis/ Transpocket 180: Dinámica con aumento de corriente de 120 A Por lo tanto, como norma general regularemos la dinámica a un valor 0 y ajustaremos según el tipo de aplicación y las necesidades del soldador.
