Getting super emotional (it may seem super emotional but may be emotional a that have been suppressed and coming to the surface) which is normal but you need to embrace those emotions and not detach, your detaching from parts of yourself, losing parts of yourself.

like the way you learned to handle things in life most of us relapse because we cant handle the power that comes with retention the solution? do it over and over again and one day you will just get used to it remember the first week? yeah it was hard, countless relapsing but guess what? after a few months of experience, one week is nothing... suddenly you go one month and relapse, and you do it over and over again, then one month is easy and the cycle repeats so you want to go one year? 2 years or even 10 years? well guess what, you will need countless relapses to reach that level in my opinion the healthiest and most beneficial way to relapse is with a married woman

I’m on a binge. Relapsed on streak of 75+ days on Tuesday and relapsed like 4 times past couple days. Streak was only thing I had going for me. Now I feel like a weak powerless vessel just trying to eat my emptiness away.

Like at times you encounter situations that may leave you in a difficult circumstance but the universe through your semen powers you through and most times one doesn't even recognize it...most likely coz one could be in a flow state or maybe coz of having the ability to time travel in that you visualize yourself already overcoming the problem so you're literally working your way out of a situation that is already solved by the universe through your SR practice which enhances your ability to visualize and be able to operate from the finishing point of any situation. From what i have experienced no matter what frustration you go through the SR practice always helps you get through it all, so even i smoke and as long as i don't release i know i'll overcome the frustrations.
