Body dysmorphia with believing I'm to small and inadequate. now at 60 I'm also experiencing age related things contributing to my ED. no pills have worked. tried a pump alone. of course it works to draw in the blood but getting a restriction band that's tight enough to hold it in is much to uncomfortable and painful. it also kill orgasm and ejaculation sensation. No way I'll do that with a potential partner. Also, not having a partner now, to have open and honest communication about sex, sexuality, desire etc... it was never a thing when I grew up. Now that it is, I lack the ability to do this with a potential partner and tell her my struggles and limitations. this might be great information for someone who has little to no trouble with erections and orgasm/ejaculation and just have this as another outlet for when its having trouble. I don't think I could ever count on this as my regular and best experience. If this is the best it gets, I'd likely give up looking for a partner all together or.... it would have to based on shared experiences and emotional connection and completely void of any intimacy that could cause arousal. Yes, I have a sex therapist and its taken a year just to get to where I can even begin talking openly about the most minor or easy subjects. At this rate it will be years before I'm ready for a partner. Feels Like I lost my sex life at 50 and will never experience sexual intimacy with a partner ever again.
