We would generally recommend not removing a badly diseased mushroom. Leave it in-situ to minimise the chance of further spore spread, but understand that some growers do actually fully remove the affected mushrooms and apply salt afterwards. Each diseased mushroom carries millions of sticky spores. We published a paper in 2021 showing how easy it is to spread the spores. www.mdpi.com/2073-4395/11/8/1600

That's a nice Hebe plant. I took loads of purple Hebe cuttings four years ago. I made a new video today of them on their journey.
