What the fuck are you even trying to teach the concept or just show off that you can do it?? You went way too fast didn’t even demonstrate the movement that you’re supposed to make you just said “and just do it like this” fucking terrible
Something for people to understand, many of the devices in a truck like this are networked to either a “main” frame or to each other. The video switcher frame in the equipment racks is connected via Ethernet to the control panel and touch screen. In one truck here in the US three different control panels and touch screens are networked with one rack mounted frame. The EVS boxes can be networked together so video clips can be copied and pasted between frames. That network can handle 12GB/sec data. Some US trucks are using Dante for audio networking.
It's about time we got rid of Red. Nikon really benefits from acccess to the Red sensor technology to combine with what they are doing. Other companies should be worried. But Red needs to pick up its game, to offer equipment quality and reliability compared to the big budget market leader.
Good , I updated my Sony A1 to firmware 2.0 and it gave me a lot of problems. I just updated to the new version 2.1 and the problems are still the same. Do you have a solution? One of the main ones is that I don't have a connection to the mobile and I can't use anything from creators. Thank you.
"Get their feet in the water without investing in a DSLR" while the iPhone is more expensive than an entry level dslr xD Needles to say that when you fnish with all the accesories you can add some 500 more..
" its amazing footage "😂😅😂. It is EXACTLY the same sensor as the 6K pocket... we all know what the footage looks like , only the form factor has changed. Can't wait for people to start posting " test footage " from the new camera 😂😅😂...making total dicks of themselves
The hate being thrown at the PYXIS is ridiculous. For the price, it's a fantastic camera. It's Blackmagic's first box camera. And it shoots BRAW. The guy who said he would be interested if it cost $2,000 is an idiot. You won't find a $2,000 camera anywhere close to the PYXIS. What's sad is that a lot of RU-vid creators are jumping on the hate train as well. As someone who has filmed a feature film, I can say without question that the PYXIS is a great camera for the price.
All you have to do is grab a screen shot of the Pyxis lens mount, draw a rounded box around the sensor, then ask yourself where can you slide the filter out of the way? There’s no place to go. Then go look at the big “chin” below the mount on the FX6. The camera would have needed to be quite a bit taller to make internal NDs feasible. Physics are a buzzkill, but that’s how the real world works.
This is to add perspective for people who are complaining about the dynamic range of the pyxis. So here is cineD top 20 dynamic range tests done to a signal to noise ratio of 2. The new bmcc6k gets a score of 11.7 which is the same as the fx6. The pyxis will be the same as it’s the same sensor. A $3000 camera can’t get much more DR. The bmpcc og had a score of 11.2 and it’s 10 years old. Sure a $25000-$80000 cameras have (if you are willing to pay a whole lot more) a true DR of 13-15. 1 ARRI ALEXA 35 15.3 2 ARRI ALEXA Classic 13.8 3 RED V-RAPTOR 8K VV 13.7 4 ARRI ALEXA Mini LF 13.5 5 Sony VENICE 2 8K. 13.2 6 Canon EOS C500 MII 13.1 7 Sony Alpha a7 IV 12.9 8 FUJIFILM GFX100 II 12.8 9 Canon EOS C300 MIII 12.8 10 Canon EOS C70 12.8 11 RED V-RAPTOR [X] 8K VV 12.8 12 Panasonic LUMIX S1H 12.7 13 Sony Alpha a1 12.7 14 Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Pro 4.6K G2 12.6 15 Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Pro 4.6K 12.6 16 RED KOMODO 6K 12.5 17 DJI Ronin 4D 6K 12.4 18 Sony Alpha a7S III 12.4 19 Sony ZV-E1 12.4 20 Sony Alpha a7CR 12.4
@@colinthomas2525 This is to add a little more context….if this is approx. the same as the cinema 6k then it is 1/2 fstop worse than a camera that cost me $2000. So yeah …. Paying 50% more for less DR would be concerning for sure!
Ahah some of them don't have any idea of what they are saying. It's a box camera! One says the ergonomic is bad so he will leave it as a fixed angle in live streaming because it has no good monitoring solution! A box camera! Ahah. Honestly, I am really grateful to BM for this wave of new cameras. I was looking forward for a box and here it is. Full frame, and with sdi. Wow! Finally!
These people are never satisfied they act like every box camera under $3000 has a global shutter and internal ND. BMD build the PYXIS 2 in a triangle body maybe these complainers will be happy.
because it doesn't do anything new. It feels like too late for the product and it doesn't have internal ND and the only display is mounted on the side where it is odd to use. Plus there is no external display that can control the camera. plus in full frame mode, the rolling shutter is like taking a step 15 years back.
@@overnightclassic2 it doesn’t suppose to do anything new. Users ask for a box style cinema camera and that’s what they got and the color science ,BRAW and image quality alone makes it a great camera and let’s not forget the free full $350 Studio Davinci Resolve.
@@savillecreations8046 I know it is very disheartening. I'm guessing they're new releases Will be photo based. Or technically photo and not cinema. Kind of weird that there is a distinction between the two I have no idea what the photo conference is called
@@PizzlesTechTime it does look like some announcements on the photo side. I've had several colleagues leave Canon for Sony over the last couple of years. I've been hanging on but just ordered the DJI Ronin 4d 8k and will soon have two FX6 Sony cameras. Just sold my c70. Had enough clients wanting my use of Sony. Bummer because I personally prefer Canon colors.
This is interesting... I do fear for the future of music if we take the human element out, but I could see some uses for this. It should not at all replace real musicians, but in an augmenting situation or a situation in electronic music where there are no musicians anyway, I could see it. Btw that kit needs to be tuned and dampened... As a drummer those sounds really hurt my core
