Very nice and transparent video Zach. Transaction Desk is old generation software, dotloop is mid generation software. It would be good if you make similar video for dotloop vs Latest generation software Bhumio. I see its much advance than mid generation software

If the item is greyed out you can add a document. Hover over the greyed out item and it will say add document. If the required item is bold that means there is already a document on that line item. If that's the case, on the right hand side click add document and then browse. Once uploaded, drag the document document over top of the required bold item.
For those of you thinking that 6.25% is a lot for a house… Let me tell you that is not a lot at all. I know many people that are looking at percentages as high as eight and 12%.
