Hello, I'm having a problem regarding the cart. I'm aplying the Xquad components onto an already made project, adjusting the CMS in order for it to work. Everything I've done ultill now works perfectly, but when i try the add to cart in order to see the counter go up, i cannot. It spawns a loading circle on the mouse but the counter doesnt go up or down. I can share the project if wanted, tried to email you but the email doesnt exist and this morning i've completed the contact form on your website. Help would be appreciated.

Please, I have questions? 1° Checkout, does it only work with stripe? because I'm from Latin America, we use yampi BR 2° Can I use an app from the shopify store as an Okendo app for Reviews? and if I want to install apps from the shopify app store, will there be any incompatibility? 3° Shipping calculator, is it usually on the product page below the variations or is it possible to have this integration at the checkout?
1. It only works with the Shopify checkout page. You should check Shopify to see if there are options available for your country. 2. You can use Shopify Apps that are related to your panel but not for the Storefront, as we have moved your Storefront to Framer. 3. We can add the shipping calculator if it's supported by Shopify.
How do taxes work for this option? VAT tax for digital products. Typically I've only seen that Payhip and Gumroad type of platforms can assist with this piece.
This is great, however I'm looking at how a customer would purchase multiple products at once, such as an add to cart. Previously used WordPress + WooComm, or shopify, but I love using Framer to build sites, its just been difficult to get e-comm sorted.
This is really so complicated! I have a few questions: 1. Did you create the website with the clothing yourself in Framer? 2. Do I have to use this template, or can I create a Framer website and then integrate Shop? 3. In the Shop integration, there are buttons like "Size" or "Color." I don’t need these. Can I simply leave them out? 4. In the CMS area, you have all the products listed. When you clicked on a product at minute 4:54, there were categories like "Product Type," "Vendor," etc. Since my shop is a one-product store, I don’t need these either. Should I just delete these categories in Framer? Did you also set up these categories in Shopify beforehand? 5. And the most important question: I’d like to test this, but I doubt I can manage it since it seems too complicated. If it turns out it’s not for me, can I request a refund?
1: It's a premade template created for you(completly free) 2: You can use it with whatever you want + ShopiFrame is very customizable 3: Yes why not 4: I've set these on shopify but title, slug, productID, featuredImage are necessary 5: Yes, you can ask for refund, but we should check everything before that thanks for considering us.

If the Config Plugin does not work well even though I entered the correct API and domain, go into the 'Assets' at the top left and update the list of the Components' Xquad items by pressing update. Then the ocnfig Plugin works well, so you can receive the CSV file, and you can proceed with the rest of the steps.

Hi there! this is a common issue, as I said in the video you should reload the Framer file inside Framer and then you will be able to download the CSV file

Hey, for the checkout part, can we change from paypal to other type of banking transaction? and does shop have the features for filter/sorting out the clothes category as an example (lowest to highest price, newest date to oldest, alphabet A - Z) ?
Our checkout process is managed through the Shopify, and you can customize it to your preferences directly from your Shopify admin panel. Regarding filtering and sorting, Shop offers basic filtering options where you can filter content by Tags, Collections, and Titles.

I want to know why users don’t just choose to build and use their website in Shopfiy, but use Framer + Shopfiy Framer? What are the advantages of the latter over the former?

I am getting into web design as a hobby. I am interested in using framer. I have a candle business that I have a through sqaurespace. Is there something like this for Squarespace instead of shopify?
One thing I noticed is your categories pages don't have filters or sorting, is that correct? In your demo, for example, there doesn't seem to be a component/way to filter all t-shirts under $100 or only medium size pants. Are you planning on adding these sorts of advanced components?

I subscribe to the basic package but it can only accommodate 1000 visitors, too small for a business, especially my clients, what if before 1 month it reaches 1000? How do I determine prices for my clients?
This is not a limitation defined by us. We are just the bridge between Framer and Shopify to make your website templates more beautiful and functional. I think you might have purchased the wrong plan from Shopify or Framer. Try to buy a better plan.
