All I can recommend is ensuring u get the exact model of screen on ur laptop there should be a sticker with its serial number and model. Then I’d spend some time checking through to ensure that’s the only way I can think of

Personally I had trouble putting it back I believe the secure clips snapped off so just continued without it. To this day the laptop works and have never had an issue caused by the plastic hinge.

I hope you have better luck putting it back, all instructions I had suggested it would simply clip back however this simply wasn’t my experience.
