Si trova a mysiria nella mappa nuova del DLC di the rising tide nella stradina che sta più a nord della mappa, quella che poi se vai sempre dritto ti porta a un cristallo del teletrasporto vicino a un ponte. la mappa non è grande se giri un pochino prima o poi lo trovi, nel caso fami sapere vedrò di essere più preciso.
