You should find some Nissin Raoh or plain shin ramyun those are 20x better and make you fuller. Prob 1/3 of the seasoning package is sufficient and then you can save the rest for something else like stew or whatever.
The can lid dumping in the meat mix is a sanitary mistake. Mice, dust and all other critters crawl and secrete nasty stuff on cans in storage. But other than that, looks good
I usually wouldn’t say anything but don’t defrost in a microwave. What we do in kitchens is the drip method. Take a bowl, or pot, big enough to fit your meat. While it’s still in the bag put it in the bowl with the coldest water possible. Once it’s full allow your faucet to only drip a tiny bit on it for the next few hours. So like turn off your sink but not all the way with the meat in a bowl under and let it drip slowly for approximately 2-3 hours. The flowing water will help defrost some VERY LARGE pieces of meat very quickly. Not as fast as a microwave but safer.
I mean, some veggies would of been nice and you could melt the cheese in the pan first before adding the tortilla on top and cook the eggs separately. Not bad though
