@plmocs can you build this moc withbthe lions knight castle set alone or do you need that and additional sets/parts to complete the build? Id be keen to buy the moc instructions if you can please let me know.
Instructions are available at: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-180113 bricks.bellevebricks.com/product/fortified-port-10305-lion-knights-castle-alternative-build/
You are right! Lion Knights' Castle is a masterpiece. It looks light years better! I just used it as a convenient parts pack to build modular building.
It does not have to be a castle. There are a lot of medieval museums in normal buildings where I live. This MOC is inspired by the 19th century revival era when normal buildings were imitating medieval features.
Not sure why @plmocs replied to every comment except your comment. I'm very interested in this moc upgrade but also want to know if you need additional sets/pieces or if the lions Knight castle alone is enough...
Lion Knights Castle is one of the best sets of all time. You can't beat that with alternative build but you can get more options and building fun with it. ;)

Thank you! Technically beacon is also the light at the top of the lighthouse as far as I understand it. Nevertheless, this lighthouse does have fire instead of electric light and it is meant to be lighthouse for ships. It has also small pier for boats next to the entrance.
@@plmocs thanks, it is nice to have the back story. I believe the diference is something to do with whether the light can be directed in particular directions. You sound like you do indeed have a lighthouse. Regardless, I enjoy your videos and work.
