I have heard many times that the rattle is normal, you should not tighten it, your accuracy will be bad. My own has the "rattle" just like yours and it's a tack driver.

Do you still have spotting with the Qualichem? I have been using Blaser Synergy and hate it, was thinking of the 251, spotting is better than standing rust that is caused by the Synergy.
Can you do more tutorial type videos on using ihmi to program. ie how to create graphics gor simulation, how to program basic machining cycles (drilling, pocketing, profiling, facing cycles), etc.
