After update sound is gone please help 😢

Dont buy JBL product its my deep heart openion ,if your JBL product is out of warranty then your product is finish,I have JBL 2.1 since may 2022(at27989/-),then after warranty motherboard of my 2.1 is gone ( afetr technician visit1180/-)... They replied that motherboard is 8900/-..i ordered motherboard but their service is like hell....they said talk to the persion where you have ordered the parts....i talk everywhere,every person no solution is given by them...then I am writing this because i am a music lover....pls hat jor ke binti karta hoon dusre brand main jaiye agar paisa hai toh vhi jbl nahi lena.. Meri galti bohut bari hai..... Kya karu mehanat ka paisa hai vai...sorry bohut zyada upset hoke likh raha hoon...pls dont go for JBL .. Please..apke mehnat ka pisa barbad mat kariye pl

Any ideas on the rear surround speakers? They do not make any sound anymore. I charged them via USB, did a software update, reset the device, still no sound… any advice?

when i insert the pen drive with UPG file it say "update mode insert the USB" but does not progress to updating and starts to count, please assist me on this.

Hi can you please tell me which bin file did you add in the upg folder because i have two files on the root which are checksum which is a txt file and an update zip folder. Which one did you convert to a bin file?
