Apollo-Aero is dedicated to producing the highest quality carbon fiber products available.
Focusing resources to the development of better light-weight aerodynamic components for super-cars, race cars and car enthusiasts, Apollo-Aero has created works privately and commercially for private labels, small start-ups, OEM, as well as its own Apollo-Aero product line.
Our customers know us for our high-quality work and speed in getting things done quickly and correctly.
APOLLO has combined modern 3D technologies with its perfected techniques in carbon fiber technologies to produce the best carbon fiber products offered in the market.
When it comes to the highest quality in carbon fiber Apollo-Aero can work with you to create a “Function Formed Carbon Composite.”
Americans and their shit house English, Final Producted part, lol It's fkn "Produced" FFS. How hard is that? You can tell how much they really know just from browsing their Education system! Just wow on that one when you see it....
Thank you for the kind words! We take a lot of pride in what we do and have a talented team of engineers who design these parts using various software and analysis to make sure they perform as good as they look. Keep an eye out for new applications coming soon!
Depends which fibers you want to compare but for example S glass has a tensile strength of 4600MPa, modulus of 89GPa and density of 2.53g/cm3 whereas t700 carbon has a tensile strength of 4900MPa, modulus of 120GPa and density of 1.80g/m3. This is being pretty generous considering more common e glass has a tensile strength of 3400MPa, modulus of 72 GPa and density similar to a glass.
It is a technical process and there is more to it than just weight savings. Obviously, carbon fiber is not something you are interested in, but we are fortunate to have many customers who appreciate the beauty of it in its various forms and the quality construction we provide.
How do you guys make the molds. I just got my first car and I’m looking to build some carbon fiber parts at home but I don’t know where to find the molds for my parts. Do you guys use 3D printers or where do you get the data to make the molds. Thanks 🙏🏿
