I'm happy with the Thaemine release schedule, but the rest of the Roadmap is not too exciting honestly.. I really wish they had something to mention from the LOAON show, but I guess that is a bit unrealistic. I guess you can call it "support gl" but it's more so for the utility and the extra shields. I might not be doing much damage myself as the Gunlancer but you provide a massive synergy buff for your team at 100% uptime, and you have a pretty big shield and a cleanse that is very spammable. It's especially nice on the Akkan raid. On top of that you can use your Awakening and the Identity skill on a 1 minute cooldown, both of which give push immunity to your party members and that can be a massive advantage during a lot of boss patterns. And on top of all that you also do a massive amount of stagger to the boss, giving more openings to burst it's hp down and you can also do pretty much all of the stagger mechanics from the entire game solo, so party members can focus on doing damage. The point of this GL build is to make the raid a lot easier and more comfortable for the rest of your party. Hope that answers your question.
It's super practical when played correctly and I personally also really enjoy playing it. Only had the build for a few weeks so I'm still getting used it, but I'm very glad I made one.

If you're not yet confident with his patterns and animations then I'd say yes, staying behind him gives you some breathing room to look for openings to deal damage. Just be mindful because some attacks can still hit you if you're too closte to him even from behind.
like prokel gonna stand still and let you do that. it's very hard to do full rotation(especially during pve phase) at 3:20 if prokel not use his freeze mechanic there're high chance that Surge Cannon will miss.

Can't believe this was 5 months ago. Im finally having my 5th alt at 1445 and with clown release and the long ass sumer event, the burnout hits so hard. With 2 weekly clown, 2 vykas hard 4 vykas normal, 6 valtan hard and 4 argos, I'm at the point where I regret building more than 4 chars. I should have took the mats I could get from events into consideration and not thinking I'd have needed 6 chars to not fall behind
I feel you man. With that many characters and raids the fomo can hit hard to wanna clear everything each week. Also findig groups via party finder can be a pain which at one point made me stop playing for 4 weeks. Now I found a guild discord from a different server and I do some of my raids with them and the game feels so different, it's so much easier to enjoy it if you don't get gatekept constantly and have fun people to play with. You can always just start focusing on your 1 or 2 favorite characters and think of the rest of them as something you play when you just feel like it. Take your time finding the way to play the game you enjoy the most and gives you the least amount of stress because at the end of the day it's a game you want to play for fun.
imagine doing raids for hrs and realizing u need to do that with every character u have??? well i ha 8 alts and 1 main and i just got the burn out and decide to quit and relax
Totally understandable. The game can easily feel overwhelming and just too much at times, that's why I usually focus on getting raids done early after each reset. Having static groups for a few helps a lot to keep you sain, if you do everything in pugs you'll definitely lose your mind eventually. That being said, most content becomes "homework" eventually due to experience and overgearing, so it's gonna get a lot easier to get them done on all chars relatively quickly. If you can't be bothered, it's better to quit, but just taking a break can help massively.
A little poor timing on my end with this video, since the Throne Spire issue just got solved pretty much, but bots will still remain a problem. Anyways, have fun with Scouter (Machinist) and the clown Raid. I'm gonna do the same.
so another BAD guide about stager and weak points. Most of Gunslinger stagger is Catastrophy x/3/3 . also you not say about tripods and how they can change x2 stager and weak points pr even x3. like catasttrophy x/x/3 tripod
Hello, do you think by playing not much like you said, missing some full days and using rest bonus, it's possible to reach ilvl required for brelshaza and kukul ? without taking like 2-3 more month than everyone ?
Hi! It kind of depends on where you are currently. If you're above 1445 right now with maybe a few alts at 1370 or above, I'd say yes, it's possible as long as you make sure to do your raids and the most important stuff like gold Islands. The more alts you have, the more reliably you can use rest bonus. And when you have some more free time on your hand you can always spend it doing some catching up on other things like lower ilvl alts with full rest or side content for skillpoint potions, runes and such.
@@Nolph97 thanks for your reply btw, yeah i played a lot before, main at 1460 with two alt 1415 and two 1370, but now i play only my alt with rest bonus. So without "presure" myselft too much I should be in time i hope, maybe got a bit scarred by p2w streamer
Well played! Like you said it is essential to know how the game works, if you know you're going to take an attack that will knock you down, using the spacebar at the right time can save your life. In this fight when the mechanic of hitting 3 consecutive counterattacks happens, if you don't hit the last one everyone dies, with so many explosions and balls following the player it can be difficult to hit the last one, using the spacebar at the last second guarantees you enough time to land the last counter.
Hi there! Just wanted to show you guys my first Valtan clear. Really wanted to do commentary during it, but it was just not happening for muliple reasons. This was the best I could do. I will try my best to upload a Hard Mode clear with commentary next week, but no promises. As for the Raid itself. Valtan is a fantastic raid, I really enjoyed my time learning and clearing it. As you can see in the video I made some very dumb mistakes, took a lot of easily avoidable damage and we still cleared, so don't be afraid of the raid, there is room for mistakes and you can't learn if you don't try. I love the learning process of raids in Lost Ark and just doing the raids themselves is one of the most fun times I have while playing games nowadays. The way the whole thing went was: I found the the first party and we 2nd tried Gate 1, then we did about 2-3 hours of attempts on Gate 2 to learn the fight but didn't manage to clear it. Then I found another party and we first tried Gate 2 lol. The whole thing was so much fun. I have one main and 4 alts. I don’t really play one of them, another one of them I play every other day. Two of the alts I actually do the dailies. Doing 2 alts already feel like a chore lowkey, but it’s not bad. I just love playing my main
Still only using 1 character don’t do daily’s and I’m 1100 power level no need to have 50 characters and playing over 8 hours a day I have fun just playing that one character and I only have 300 hours in the game I think people ruin the game when the play rushing to the end and force them selve to beat everything just take your time play the game how you want don’t watch RU-vidr to see how you wanna play
