I don't know about the criminal allegations but in terms of the puppies, @Giantrotts is ABSOLUTELY on point. If you came to this page while researching BKR...Buyer Beware-Butler Kennel Rotterweiler may claim be the Best of the Best when it comes to breeding beautiful dogs but he has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service and ethical business practices. 1) Yes there is a waiting list. He was very upfront with that. 2) He says that he communicates with you. Well, he will respond when you contact him, but he is NOT proactive in communicating with you. He only responds after you've reached out to him. 3) He is not forthright about the dogs health ("allegedly") 4) He doesn't give you AKC registration papers because he knows the dogs health may be at risk("allegedly"). Instead says he'll mail at a later date. AKC website says beware of breeders that do this. 5) Don't let his fake charisma fool you; He tries to sound educated but he is misrepresenting facts & those that don't know any better will think he knows what he's talking about 6) He will knowingly sell pups with Parvo ("allegedly");Test your pup asap even if he tells you it's healthy. Do your research on Parvo, it is an extremely contagious & deadly disease for pups and remains active in the environment for a long time. Perhaps this is why the wait list is so long, if the kennel is infested with Parvo ("allegedly"), hmmm??? 7) He has the 'gift of gab', but dont let his nice guy personality fool you; he will go off get defensive, curse you out & flip the narrative when you ask for your money back. Get everything in writing. 8) He is not licensed ("allegedly"). As of January 1, 2024,Texas law regulates breeders to secure a state license.This is according to the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation (TDLR).Go to their website for yourself. When I posted this on BKR's page, he(Tony)deleted it immediately. Everything listed here has been my experience with BKR, however I have used "allegedly" for the purposes of RU-vid policing....Just Beware folks, Do your research and Dont be scammed by that so-called breeder (Butler Kennel Rotterweiler that is).
Unfortunately you're just another person on a long list of people that have been taken to the cleaners by this puppy mill operator. There's nothing alleged about anything he's done or anything you mentioned because he has done it all . he also uses social media to bully people that speak out against him. And considering how much you pay for a puppy you could have imported a puppy off of very nice parents for the same price or even less. I couldn't comment on your Timit Tor video but I have a puppy that's grandfather is Doctor. We are from Texas and his mother Nova who is from Timit Tor gave birth here in the States. So its really cool to see his bloodline.

Maybe this community isn’t for Senior Citizens to live there. I am so sorry this happened to her and the dog BUT it is FLORIDA!! Well known for crocodiles and alligators 🐊 in that state. I am from California and I was taught to watch out for them. Stay away from water especially lakes, ponds and rivers, they are “hide and seekers” I do not agreed to sue the community becuz she knew it or forgot about where she is at. Her family members or the Staff needed to be with her if she was not capable to respond fast.
Old people especially have little situational awareness. Have seen it time and time again - their cognitive skills decline and they seem to lose the ability to recognize they cant move as fast as they once did. The family should sue the gator and work to get elders educated that some places like Florida have predators that dont respect man nor beast. I had been walking my 150 lb Great Dane alone, in the middle of the night, on an empty road. That’s when someone stopped their truck right next to us and got out to approach me. I didn’t know this guy and considering the situation of where I was and the timing, I was on guard. Then there’s my dog, who was perfectly friendly with people during the day, but at night, he tended to be more on guard, especially with unknown men. When he got close, the guy asked if he could put my dog, which calmed me down a bit… but it was too late to calm down my dog before he got close. My dog got up on his hind legs (he was well over 6 ft when standing) and let out a deep, guttural bark and growl. The man scurried back into his truck and drove off. I apologized on the neighborhood Facebook page, sympathetic about just wanting to pet my dog, but also pointed out that his timing wasn’t exactly the best-approaching a woman you don’t know, while she’s alone, in the dark, on an empty road-but I also pointed out that he likely just hadn’t thought it through and had no malicious intentions (unlike the guy in this video). Everyone else in the comment section had a laugh about it.

I gatta say...concerning the photo you showed with the dogs inside the Butlers garage, there is clearly an AC unit visible right above the kennels. I have the same AC unit and I know what it looks like. Also, the small kennels in the garage look like holding kennels to me. I'm pretty sure his dogs live outdoors. I am searching for a reputable Rottweiler breeder right now and I am considering Butler Kennels. However, like any responsible dog owner, I am doing my research first...so far, I haven't seen any evidence to suggest that he is operating a puppy mill. His dogs are raw fed and they appear healthy and well cared for... if somebody could please tell me why I should cross Butler kennels off my list of possible breeders, I'd be willing to hear your reasoning. He has sold puppies with parvo and jlpp which ended up dying. Not a single breeding dog he owns is adequately Health tested. Not a single dog he owns or has ever produced has a show or working title. He was caught lying about pedigrees in Facebook groups. In fact the reason why he's on RU-vid is he was removed from all ethical breeding on Facebook. He constantly is boasting quality but anyone familiar with the Rottweiler breed can easily see the faults in his dogs. And he's charging prices as if his dogs were quality . I believe he's back down to 3500 but he went as high as 5,000. I've have personally imported puppies off of champion parents for Less. Stalks and harasses other breeders using his personal and several fake profiles. Spends all his time erasing all the negative comments on all of his posts . Red flags are when breeders refused to post OFA certificates publicly as well.. funny backstory on the AC . He was criticized by a well-known judge because his dogs were out in the heat with no AC. He proceeded to call her names and bash her instead of just acknowledging he was an idiot . So he builds a building supposedly for the dogs but instead put all of his cars in and the dogs stayed out in the Heat and suffered. Then he finally built the second building with the AC for the dogs. If you have your dogs inside for 13 hours out of the day because it's too hot then you need to have adequate space and not " holding pens". So yes he is a puppy mill. He's a mass-producing puppies with no attention to health and conformation.. locked up 24/7 unless let out for a photos or video is not well taken care of. Dogs are not raw food but rather fed raw food occasionally for video op. They're actually fed kibble on a daily basis
@thetruepatriot7733 anytime. Also remember that the Rottweiler is supposed to be highly athletic. Not overly boned and not fat. This is a working breed and if you notice all his dogs are so fat and so big boned that they're not capable of any type of work let alone have the proper temperament for it as they are soft in temperament and Rottweiler character.
