Stupid. If you feel like cappuccino at any time of day, order it. Drink it. Enjoy it. I'm trying to imagine when I would care what anyone else is drinking and at what time.
Very nice video. but still, we don't know how to ask the first question because we don't know where to connect with them. Where are the similarities between us.
Just found out your channel. Fine quality videos! My hands felt itchy and my fingers contracted when you compared the linen from Loro Piana to H&M as my brain automaticly projected the feeling of touching H&M's 😅I've liked innate quality since I was a child, and later discovering that it's common for people to buy luxury products because of status rather than craftsmanship baffled me. Gucci sheep wool feels comparable to lower price cashmere... There's true value being neglected and I think that's why nowadays I go see what these houses are offereing and I get underwhelmed when i noticed how they've lost quality in later years.
A woman with balls. Evita Eterna. 💜🕯
You’re right, unfortunately. I do like nice clothes and jewellery, but some of the expensive stuff is just ugly borderline ridiculous. If some clothes or accessories are beautiful, they are beautiful irrespective how much they cost. For me things have sentimental value, so I would rather wear PJs my mum gave me for Christmas than expensive silk PJs.
😂 No. Definitely don’t do that with me. Oh, dear. First of all, what you nonverbally say before you open their mouths makes or breaks the deal. Try a genuine smile. How are you? And, in Britain, DO talk about the weather. Listen. No, I am not socially incompetent. It’s just that I sense bullshit, so the small talk irritates me because I have to pretend I enjoy your presence. Try to bullshit me, and consider yourselves lucky that I am leaving you to your pathetic selves.
Your channel is brilliant. Exactly what I needed, the lengths is perfect, the message, the summary and the topic. Congrats, looking forward to your further videos!
Alright, 2 seconds into this high-class guy's video and he says "telled" instead of "told"? And I'm suppose to take your advice on how to have better conversation skills? Huh.
@@philip_757the irony, are YOU willing to admit you made two mistakes? I edit his videos and see this script when shooting 😂 so you're wrong twice so far...
There is a Swarovski shop in the middle of Chamonix, and I often pop in to buy everyday earrings or Christmas presents. I rarely spend more than 200 or 300 euro and I realise that it isn't strictly a luxury brand, but the service I am usually provided is exceptional . I leave that shop feeling a million dollars. :)
And 100% you'd go back there because of that feeling would you. This is an excellent example of how important creating an experience is. Thank you for sharing it!
I’ve been waiting for quite some time to stumble across a channel just like your’s sir. I’m actively chipping away at building one of the newest and greatest luxury brands of all time, and you’ve already provided me with value that I’m very grateful for. Thank you 🕊️

Good video, but luxury specially from LVMH is not as used to be, Dana Thomas wrote a great book about it 20 years ago, now that brands are even worse than ever before.
Bernard A. Has the soles of expensive shoes made in Italy and the remainder made in China or another country with low wages. He states that justifies stating the shoes were made in Italy. At least I read that.
Absolutely correct about the R in that acronym as being overlooked/underused and crucial. I am an executive, and love seeing you talk about this… but you should delete it because it’s my secret sauce to getting fellow executives to talk and talk ;) just kidding, thank you for making this :)
