Just use cloves ! My old dentist tried to say I have a cavity and I knew that wasn’t right - then I went to a new dentist & they said my teeth are perfect. It’s all about the money

I literally feel the exact same way as you. I started recording my journey to track my progress, but I also wanted to feel less alone. This should be an exciting time for anyone on this journey.
My first week I injected in the stomach (former IVF patient, it's what I was most comfortable with - although I still hesitate for a few min's before literally pulling the trigger lol). I had awful side effects. Coincidence because it was my first one and my body was in shock? Maybe! Weeks 2 & 3 I injected left and then right thigh and I have had not 1 side effect whatsoever! I'm a believer although people will say it doesn't matter!
I am at week 9 just went up to 1. I don’t see that I lost weight but I feel like I might have I feel weaker meaning I usually feel solid and now I feel light. I am not sure how I feel scared to check the scale. It Thank you I think I would feel like you are just not able to believe it so Thanks
It's so funny because I'm a registered nurse and I was going to say you definitely worked in the medical field. Possibly a nurse as well. Some of your terminology leads me to come to that conclusion
Increasing wegovy is not necessarily the answer especially if you’re not having cravings and have good appetite suppression Try mixing it up, keep the body guessing by eating at a different time, different foods. You maybe losing inches. I stalled for 3 weeks. Started intermittent fasting and lost 2 lbs the next 2 weeks. Stop watching the scale.

Your skin is flawless and sooooo gorgeous ❤. I prefer Las Vegas to all places, tbh. The people are super friendly and the entertainment on the strip never ends! I absolutely would move to Vegas if I could, but my LOVE FOR MY FAMILY keeps me in Palm Springs CA. cuz they all live close by.
Okay, not injecting on the same thigh each week is news to me. I am on week 13 and have always injected in my right thigh! I've never heard that you have to switch. Is there a reason?
I'm off on Mondays. I work 4 tens during the week and go after my youngest gets on the bus at 8a. By that time the gym is empty. The rest of the week I go after work around 7p. Now that school has started I'll probably start going after bed time...8:30p. Which works out since I allow my oldest to drive to work and he usually is getting off around that time.
Oh! And I never started on the 0.25mg dose. Because I was SO! BIG! she put me straight on 0.50mg the first four weeks, so I think that really "kick started" it for me from the get go. No side effects. NONE. I was so scared about nausea and vomiting that I couldn't even sleep some nights (anticipating that I would vomit) but it never happened. I also NEVER consume alcohol, like NEVER, so I'm thinking that "closet drinkers" might be not admitting to their doctors that they are drinking and are instead blaming the Semaglutide.
I don't want to scare anyone. I know this is a "dramatic" weight loss, but in three months? I went from 211 pounds all the way down to 170 pounds. It's a lot of weight, really fast, I know, but the REASON is that I was eating at BUFFETS at least 3X a week before Wegovy, slamming down 6 plates of food and thinking nothing was "unusual" about consuming that amount of super processed food. I'm here in Palm Springs and we have native-american operated Casinos here all up and down the freeway that offer players "free buffet" if we play slots, Bingo, or card table games. Who can pass up an offer to enjoy copious amounts of food like that?!?!?! Now? I don't even think about food. All my "cravings" and literally DREAMING ABOUT BUFFET SELECTIONS are gone. I'm also working closely with a nutritionist who is helping me make food choices that I never even considered before like steamed broccoli & other veggies. I hadn't eaten a vegetable for years before Wegovy, with the exception of McDonald's French Fries (I know some people don't consider potatoes a vegetable since it's basically just a ball of starch). My nutritionist has also removed potatoes completely from my diet and I honestly don't even miss it. Mashed potatoes, loaded potatoes, deep fried hash browns, tater tots.....all of that was a DAILY ritual for me when you can buy a 10 pound sack of potatoes for $1.99 where I live at any farmer's market or grocery store.
We're so lucky that we don't have to "measure out" our dosage and use a syringe! I meet people who are taking Semaglutide (generic form of Wegovy) & they were showing me how the pharmacy gives them this vial and a needle and they have to measure out their own dose accurately and I am not! a! fan! of! that! method! at! all!!!!! Feeling so blessed for the simplicity of the Wegovy pen. You don't even realize there's a needle involved, tbh.
I'm in Southern California and we have Planet Fitness (which is open 24 hours, thankfully). I swear by exercising for my mental health. We have a cool segment at our gym called "30-minute Training Circuit" whereby all these weight lifting machines are in this great big circle and you get on the machine and a green light gives you 60-seconds to complete your reps and then you move onto the next machine. It's very effective in working all muscle groups so that you get a really complete workout. My weight loss has been dramatic! since adding light weight training!❤
@I_Am_LaToya_Rena I know better than that! I'm at Sam's or Costco once a month. I missed the Pediasure and the Dove😂 I LOVE Fairlife protein shakes. Sometimes I'll splurge and get the Elite Core with 42g protein. I like to make espresso or get an iced one at Starbucks to put in my shakes 😋
@@lovelybrngirl lol the Fairlife protein is sooo good. I buy it for myself and for my dad. My Sam's Club doesn't sell the Elite Core. Every now and then I will snag one from Wal-Mart and cry inside at the register lol.
Can I recommend that you take it lying down? IDK why, but my fourth week? I took it lying down (on stomach) and I swear I lost an extra pound that week!
