I think NCR is simply better... in every way, really, I simply trust no “autocrat,” but if I had to, it’s the very next best alternative. Mr. House and NCR are the most trustworthy, most ideologically and morally right. Yes Man / independent ending is good and all, but it’s just the Mr. House ending with less stability and a funnier looking face. House always wins. Yet, the NCR allows for more than just the house to do so. NCR and proud.
I don't think that this is the perfect execution because it neglects that interesting barter choices become available if you have it leveled up, but this isn't showcased.
This is the best ending specifically because the balance between House and the NCR is maintained, both cant completely destroy each other without great loss, and both are accountable for each other.

A 100 charisma ending seeing the enclave, the brotherhood, the boomers, the ncr, and Vegas joining hands would be a sight to see. The boomers would be the new Air Force of the New Californian Republic. Now with bombers overhead the Californian sky’s. And with their mechanical expertise, more aircraft and more pilots will be trained and shipped to the Air Force Base. The Enclave remnants there will join the brotherhood in a peacetime pact to end the long overwith feud. The enclave will share their tech with the brotherhood and both will help the ncr develop new technological advancements for the Californian army and the newly acquired secret service. Rebuilding the old government but with a new found connection through shared wars. Vegas pays the ncr tax for operation through regional security forces of NCR lands in the Mohave and Hoover Dam. I’d like to think the nukes also go unshot and the NcR captures those as well as the missile site itself
Best ending. I'm tired of all games being made by communists and if I pick the unapproved ending they say I am media illiterate or something. No I understand the critique the game is making of democracy and capitalism. I just don't care.
Not the perfect ending. You can get the BoS on your side if you do it for NCR before House orders their destruction. Yeah, watching this... you failed most of the best ending triggers. This is barely a "kinda good" ending.
Mr House is not equal to the rest of the wasteland, he’s a 200 year old genius that’s possibly immortal and dead-set on human development, that qualifies him to be an autocrat in my eyes, if he had the same lifespan as everyone else id say democracy is in order.
