This brings me back to the early 90's man i worked my butt off for 2 summers mowing lawns riding huffy and id always stop at the bike shop and they had this redline in there and I begged and begged the guy to save it for me dont sell it I was in there every day and he said you come up with 400 dollars its yours I wont sell it ..I think it was an rl 340 chrom olly frame it had gold araya spoke rims white mushroom grips a whit seat and orange di- comp brakes white gt tites man I was the happiest kid in the whole world when I rode outta there that day on that bike and I was the coolest paperboy in the city guys I assure you but looking back that man at the shop I dont remember his name but that man got more enjoyment outta me comming up with that money than I did ..he had that bike polsished man there wasnt a speck of dirt on it when I rode off man ..that was an amazing memory for me it was amazing and that bike was amazing i think it sells now on ebay for like 2500 😂 shoulda kept it but I got older and there was this kid that came by the house every day begging to ride it every day he seen me and I asked him how old he was and he was 13 and I said whens your b day..on his b day I gave him the bike and I felt probably the same way that store owner felt that day...i can remember this like I was still there
