@waikiwang ... maybe you don't know, but in the US, FDA requires raw salmon for sushi, sashimi, poke to be flash frozen to -31C for 24hrs, or -15C for 7 days. It mist be flash frozen... regular home freezers don't preserve the freshness req'd for sushi. This is meant to kill parasites in salmon. Ok, ok... there's a lot of discussion about this, but that's da rules. Onolicious man!
@@wingman31k are you sure about this regulation? Im from the Netherlands. As I know it only counts for meat not for fish. Fish that is caught is preserverend in cold ice but not in a blast freezer for 7 days. Makes sense why the prices in Usa is so cheap as it is all frozen food not fresh.
This has got to be the most disgusting use of salmon I have ever seen!!! Also the Ahi looks like watermelon, obviously due to the fact that it has been either color died or Co2 preserved!!! Please remove this video and the Poke Bowl from your menu!!!
