Ha you know at this point I'm not even surprised when it happens anymore, I seem to have a magnet in my on hand for trebles haha. Never gets more fun somehow lol. I have some stuff filmed and will be filming more throughout the year to get some stuff put up. I appreciate you watching
@@thehorseshoekid oh brutal man, hahahaha. Sounds good bro, keep on making those videos. I’ve got some as well being from Alberta also ✌🏻. Come check it out
Hey man, I’m the kid you gave those weights today. Awesome Chanel definitely gonna watch a ton of these sturgeon videos tomorrow. 12 hour trip today has me pooped haha. But again truly appreciate it today👍👍🤙
This was super helpful - really solid tips man. Thank you for sharing. I know a lot of this is learned solely through trial and error, so I appreciate you being willing to help us out.
I tie them myself using heavy t bars and 80lb mono. Mono is important over flourocarbon to allow for stretch around the beads. Flouro will simply break every single time. There a piece of 20 pound that connects my weight to the barrel swivel just to break away should I get snagged or worse case break a fish off. 80lb braid for the mainline makes breakoffs very rare but there is always that chance.
It definitely was a tough one to take but it was nice to grind it out and put another 30 on the board. Was a tough contest but I'm happy with how I did, I'd of liked to have one but there's always next year!
31 is my pb. at travers years ago. I'm looking forward to seeing if you get into the 30 Club. on part 2. good to see a video, once again from the Horseshoe Kid
We will have to see! I am a member of the 30 club on a few occasions but let's see if I can do it after not fishing walleye all open water season leading up to these ten days! Or maybe I can do it multiple times 🤷♂️
